Welcome to the Welsh Research Unit for Governance and Leadership (WRUGL). We are a research and consultancy unit based in the Glamorgan Business School at the University of Glamorgan.
The Welsh Research Unit for Governance and Leadership (WRUGL) provides research and consultancy for academic, public sector and business communities in Wales, the UK and international communities. Through a number of research projects the unit allows academics and practitioners to synthesise their expertise in areas relating to governance and leadership.
The main objectives of WRUGL are knowledge development and the transfer of knowledge through dissemination in academia and throughout the wider community.
